We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our customers have an hour window to request an order cancellation or address edit. While we will do our very best to accommodate your request during the hour window timeframe, cancellations and address edits are not guaranteed.

IMPORTANT HOLIDAY PROCESSING & SHIPPING INFORMATION

Due to increased demand, please allow an additional 5 – 10 business days for us to process your order prior to shipping.

Due to an increase of online orders, expect shipping carrier delays up to 7 – 15 business days on international orders.

Carriers have suspended all shipping guarantees for this holiday season, including those for all expedited shipping and pre order items. For more details: USPS, UPS and DHL express.

 

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We’ll keep you updated via email and we’ll send the tracking information as soon as your items have shipped. We use USPS to ship all orders to the US and Yanwen or China Post internationally. If you need to change your address, customers have a one-hour window to request an address edit. Please contact customer service at  immediately. We will do our best to accommodate but there are no guarantees. If we are unable to edit your address, you will need to contact the carrier directly to see what they are able to do for you.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

We provide worldwide shipping.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

Items shipping internationally from China are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges.
